Your privacy is important to us. Please be assured that you will never receive any unwanted mail or email from us. Nor will you receive any unwanted phone calls from us unless there is a problem with your item and emails go unanswered. If this occurs we remain courteous and professional.
Your personal information will never be shared with any outside organization. This we guarantee.
Your credit card information is not stored anywhere. This is to protect your privacy. When your credit card statement arrives it will show up as an email address (jyednak at tampabay.rr.com) or a phone number (863-606-0736) and will state "specialty store."
All your packages are shipped in either a standard priority mail package or a plain brown box with a return address of Starla's Designs.
We know how important your privacy is and we will do our best to protect it.
